Founded and led by MarQue Munday — a former Radio City Rockette, internationally acclaimed performer, and visionary director — this initiative blends artistic excellence with professional mentorship, helping youth progress from aspiring talent to professional status.
Our Mission: On Thee MarQuee operates under the umbrella of Witness Performing Arts, Inc., a non-profit organization founded by MarQue Munday in October 2001. Witness Performing Arts, Inc. is dedicated to teaching and training youth in performing arts and community outreach, empowering young artists to discover their creative voice and share it with the world.
Through On Thee MarQuee, we provide consistent training, performance opportunities, and global exposure through social media, podcasting, and YouTube. With monthly showcases — and an ambitious plan to grow into weekly events — On Thee MarQuee creates a vibrant community where dreams take center stage.

Discover and Live Your Dream Life w/MarQue!]]><![CDATA[2020 My Year of Expectation]]>Tue, 30 Jun 2020 06:15:51 GMThttps://www.marquemunday.com/blog/2020-my-year-of-expectationWe are just about 7 months into 2020, my 'Practical' year - turning every situation into Opportunity.  This is what I have been calling the #NewNormal because things will never be the way they were.  We have been in a pandemic since the beginning of the year truly.  We have been in protests over prejudice and the injustices to Black people.  We have seen 2020 lynchings of our young black men.  The campaign "Black Lives Matter" is trending as a staple for people to see African American people as valuable, valid, human lives and NOT second class or even no class. I have video posted on LOVE being what we need. As cliche as it sounds, it is very TRUE!I expect that we will come out of this BETTER then ever before.
