Founded and led by MarQue Munday — a former Radio City Rockette, internationally acclaimed performer, and visionary director — this initiative blends artistic excellence with professional mentorship, helping youth progress from aspiring talent to professional status.
Our Mission: On Thee MarQuee operates under the umbrella of Witness Performing Arts, Inc., a non-profit organization founded by MarQue Munday in October 2001. Witness Performing Arts, Inc. is dedicated to teaching and training youth in performing arts and community outreach, empowering young artists to discover their creative voice and share it with the world.
Through On Thee MarQuee, we provide consistent training, performance opportunities, and global exposure through social media, podcasting, and YouTube. With monthly showcases — and an ambitious plan to grow into weekly events — On Thee MarQuee creates a vibrant community where dreams take center stage.
